Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models and solve complex business problems using data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain machine learning models for predictive analytics, optimization, and forecasting.
• Develop recommendation systems and algorithms to support data-driven decisions.
• Process and enhance datasets, including feature engineering and computer vision tasks (e.g., image analysis).
• Conduct data quality audits, ensure dataset integrity, and prepare data for modeling.
• Design and run proof-of-concept experiments to validate assumptions and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to refine requirements, interpret results, and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency of 5–8 years in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Experience with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and optimization techniques.
• Proven track record in anomaly detection, time series and statistics.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to handle large, complex datasets.
• Full ML lifecycle expertise (data prep, training, validation, tuning, evaluation).
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.

Nice to Have

• Cloud or Data Engineering certifications or specialization certifications (e.g. Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate Exam AI-102, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty (MLS-C01), Databricks Certified Machine Learning).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
