Wir suchen eine erfahrene Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Go, AWS) mit mindestens 5 Jahren kommerzieller Erfahrung im Aufbau von Cloud-basierten Backend-Lösungen.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Design und Entwicklung der Backend-Schicht für eine Voice-AI-Plattform, die vollständig auf AWS läuft.
  • Implementierung und Wartung von APIs mit AWS API Gateway und AWS Lambda unter Verwendung von Python (FastAPI) und Go (Gin).
  • Aufbau und Pflege containerbasierter Umgebungen mit AWS Fargate und Amazon ECS, einschließlich Handling von Long-Lived Connections und Minimierung von Cold Starts.
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung der Datenschicht mit Amazon ElastiCache for Redis, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3 + CloudFront und Amazon Redshift.
  • Erstellung und Wartung von Real-Time Data Processing Pipelines mit Amazon Kinesis Data Streams und AWS Glue für Conversation Analytics und Lead-Generierung.
  • Integration des Backends mit der AI/LLM-Schicht auf AWS und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und AI-Teams.

Anforderungen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre kommerzielle Erfahrung als Backend Engineer / Software Engineer.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python (FastAPI) oder Go (Gin) sowie im Design von REST-APIs.
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit AWS-Services, insbesondere API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, ElastiCache (Redis), Redshift, Kinesis und Glue.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Serverless-Architekturen und Containerisierung (Docker) sowie im Aufbau skalierbarer, latenzarmer Backend-Systeme.
  • Erfahrung im Design und in der Optimierung von Datenmodellen sowie in der Arbeit mit Systemen zur Echtzeit-Datenverarbeitung.
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit AI- und Produktteams und zur Arbeit in einer Cloud-Umgebung auf Enterprise-Niveau.
