We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our growing India team in Bangalore.

Role Overview

‍Partners effectively with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analysts, Infrastructure Engineers, and peer AI Engineers to develop, operationalize, integrate, and scale new algorithmic products. Works autonomously with minimal guidance and demonstrates a strong track record in building production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, operationalize, integrate, and scale algorithmic products.
Build and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines, including automated testing.
Package and deploy models to cloud endpoints.
Manage and optimize cloud resources efficiently.
Create internal accelerators and frameworks to support other engineers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to scaling AI capabilities across projects.
Drive tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

4–7 years of hands-on experience in software or data engineering (candidates with strong practical experience in AI or agentic systems are highly encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with Flask or FastAPI.
Familiarity with software engineering best practices (GitHub, CI/CD, testing, code review).
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with Spark (PySpark, Databricks).
SQL proficiency and a solid understanding of databases.
Strong foundation in data science (statistics, linear algebra, machine learning).
Cloud experience (Azure or GCP).
Understanding of workflow orchestration (Airflow, Kubeflow).

Nice to Have

Cloud or Data Engineering certifications (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS MLS-C01, Databricks ML Certification).
Open-source contributions to AI or data projects.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
